December 12, 2019: 9:00 AM Prepare the boxes and bags for delivery until we are done. Our staging location for this year is at 150 Highway 179, Suites 8 and 9. This is in the same strip mall as Oreganos at the opposite end, where the Africa store used to be. Head down the hill at the Y and right into parking lot.
December 13, 2019: 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Load up the vehicles at our staging location. Our staging location for this year is at 150 Highway 179, Suites 8 and 9. December 14, 2019 Itinerary:
7:30 AM: Meet at the back parking lot of Judi’s restaurant
7:45 AM: Promptly leave Judi’s
8:30 AM: Pit Stop at Little America
8:45 AM: Promptly leave Little America
9:45 AM: Pit stop at The Flying J in Winslow
10:00 AM: Promptly leave the Flying J
11:15 AM: Arrive at the Tewa Community Center at First Mesa
1:30 PM: Go to host family for Lunch
3:30 PM: In order to allow you to spend as much time with your host family for lunch we have not schedule any events for after lunch. You can tour Hopi on your own, visit our favorite shop Tsakurshovi on Second Mesa or the Cultural Center on Second Mesa or just take a leisurely drive back to Winslow and La Posada.
6:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Cocktails at the Tourquoise Room at La Posada. Dinner on your own
7:00 PM -7:30 PM: Wrap up meeting in the Ball Room at La Posada
December 15, 2018: Return to Sedona or off to destination of your choosing
